Discover
The first and possibly most important part of our process is the discovery stage. We use this time to speak with you about your business, research your market/industry, audit your own brand as well as competitors, and gather as much information as possible to inform the best plan of action. This phase is where we develop a strategy and define the creative direction. We create timelines, we establish the project parameters, and we build a project scope specified for you.
Create
This phase is where we really get our creative juices flowing. Our objective is to solve your problem in a kick-ass and collaborative way. We will brainstorm, develop multiple concepts, analyze and re-analayze, all with you on board. The end goal is to not only create a beautiful solution for your needs, but to keep you involved in the process and excited about the work being done.
Launch
Once we have it nailed, and you can’t wait to show it off, we hand over all art to you. We will build all necessary files (even some you didn't know existed) and deliver them to you via a secure file sharing method. We will keep your files available for an extended time, just in case life happens and you need the files all over again.
Manage
You have the files, now what?! Don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging. Reach back out to us for any assistance you may need. Maybe you are dealing with a third party vendor and don’t quite understand the lingo, or maybe you uploaded a PNG of your logo and it doesn’t quite look right, we will help you manage any ongoing questions or concerns you have.
